How do I know its legit?
All our doctors are board-certified. Before you register, we'll provide information about the doctor who will be writing your script based on your state. This allows you to verify their credentials for added peace of mind. Additionally, the doctor’s details and the pharmacy’s license information will be included on the prescription bottle, as per standard practice.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes! The medications we provide are by prescription only. Our clinical team will review your new patient intake forms and properly approve and dose each patient individually.
How much does it cost?
The prices reflected are all inclusive. We don't charge for the new patient process or any communication up front, just the actual prescription and shipping.
Do you take insurance?
No, we're not in-network with any insurance providers. We do not accept any type of health insurance or 3rd party payers like Medicare.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit & debit cards including Apple Pay, Google Pay and partial payments using HSA/FSA cards. It's important to check with your insurance provider before attempting to use your HSA/FSA card. Some insurance plans may have specific requirements, such as LMN's or itemized cost breakdown for each medication, which we may not be able to provide. We encourage you to verify with your insurance provider regarding their guidelines and coverage for using HSA/FSA cards
How long does it take?
After registration and intake, you can expect a doctor to process your script in 48-72 hrs. Once the prescription is sent to the pharmacy, your meds should arrive in a couple of days. We do have options to ship the meds overnight if required.
Can we ship outside the USA?
Unfortunately, no. For legal and regulatory reasons we ship only to U.S. addresses (all 50 states).
Where is your pharmacy?
Your meds will be shipped from Clinical Compound Pharmacy in Naples, Fl.
